Your Privacy Rights
Explained Clearly

Suplink Tech Corp, the trade name of SUPLINK TECH X CORP, takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what personal information we collect, whether we sell or share it, and how you can exercise your legal rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We operate exclusively as an online retailer serving customers within the United States.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Suplink Tech Corp does not sell your personal information to third parties for money. We also do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. This page exists to confirm that position and to allow you to formally document your opt-out preference on record with us.

What We Do Collect

To fulfill your order, we collect information you provide at checkout: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Payment details are handled by Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We also collect standard website analytics data to operate and improve our store.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your personal information. We do not share your personal information with advertising networks for targeted ad campaigns directed at you. We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to processing your order and providing customer support.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use a limited set of trusted third-party service providers to operate our store: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), Shopify Payments (payment processing), ParcelPanel (order tracking), and analytics tools. These providers access your data only as needed to perform their specific function and are bound by data processing agreements. They do not use your data independently.

Your Legal Rights

Depending on the U.S. state in which you reside, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request deletion of your data, the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of your data, the right to correct inaccurate data, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. See the detailed state-by-state breakdown below.

Non-Discrimination Guarantee

If you exercise any of your privacy rights — including submitting a request to opt out, requesting deletion of your data, or requesting access to your data — we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, provide you a lower quality of service, or penalize you in any way. Your rights do not come with a cost or a consequence.

Important clarification: The term "selling" personal information under U.S. state privacy laws includes sharing data for cross-context behavioral advertising and certain data exchanges even without a direct monetary transaction. To be fully transparent and compliant: Suplink Tech Corp does not engage in any of these activities. We do not share your personal information with third parties in any way that would constitute a "sale" or "share" under the CCPA or any other applicable U.S. state privacy law.

A Note on Applicability and Thresholds

Many U.S. state privacy laws apply only to businesses that meet certain thresholds — for example, processing the personal data of 100,000 or more consumers per year, or earning more than 50% of revenue from selling personal data. Suplink Tech Corp is a small, focused online retailer and may not meet the thresholds that trigger mandatory compliance under all of the laws listed above.

However, we have made a deliberate decision to honor the privacy rights described in these laws for all of our U.S. customers, regardless of whether we are legally required to do so in every instance. We believe that transparent, privacy-respecting practices are the right way to operate an honest online business, and we will process any privacy request submitted in good faith through this page.

Terms Used on
This Page Explained

Privacy law language can be technical and difficult to understand. The following definitions explain the key terms used on this page in plain, straightforward language so you know exactly what each concept means in the context of Suplink Tech Corp and your rights as our customer.

Personal Information
Information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with a particular consumer or household. In our context, this includes your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, order history, IP address, and website browsing behavior on our site.
Sale of Personal Information
The selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, or otherwise making available a consumer's personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), this definition is broad and includes certain data sharing arrangements even without direct payment. Suplink Tech Corp does not engage in any such arrangement.
Sharing of Personal Information
Under the CPRA (California), "sharing" specifically refers to disclosing or making available personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, regardless of whether money is exchanged. Suplink Tech Corp does not share personal information for this purpose.
Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
Targeted advertising directed at a consumer based on personal information obtained from their activity across businesses, websites, applications, or services other than the business with which the consumer is currently interacting. Suplink Tech Corp does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service Provider / Processor
A company or person who processes personal data on our behalf and under our instructions. Our service providers (such as Shopify, Shopify Payments, and ParcelPanel) are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own independent purposes.
Sensitive Personal Information
A subset of personal information that includes data such as Social Security numbers, financial account information, health data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, and precise geolocation. Suplink Tech Corp does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond payment details, which are handled securely by Shopify Payments under PCI DSS compliance standards.
Opt Out
A consumer's right to direct a business to stop selling or sharing their personal information. Once you opt out, a business must stop the relevant activity and may not require you to opt back in as a condition of receiving equal service.
Verified Request
A request that we have matched to an actual consumer record in our systems, after taking reasonable steps to confirm that the person making the request is the consumer whose data is the subject of the request, or that person's authorized representative.
Authorized Agent
A natural person or business entity registered to do business in a given state who has been authorized by a consumer to act on their behalf with respect to privacy rights. If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require proof of authorization before we proceed.
Non-Discrimination
The principle that a business may not deny goods or services, charge different prices, provide a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that any of the foregoing will happen, to a consumer because the consumer exercised any of their privacy rights.
