Prices shown on product pages, shopping carts, and at checkout are identical. We maintain strict price consistency across all pages of our website to ensure every customer receives clear and accurate pricing information before completing their purchase.

We do not offer installment plans, pay-later financing, deferred billing, or subscription-based payment structures at this time. Each order is a single, full-price transaction charged at the time of purchase confirmation.

If you are an international customer, please note that your card-issuing bank may apply a foreign transaction fee or currency conversion charge on their end. Suplink Tech Corp does not control, receive, or benefit from any such bank-imposed fees. Suplink Tech Corp does not collect, store, or have access to your card number, CVV, or any sensitive financial data. All payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and industry-certified third-party processors.

All data transmission between your browser and our website is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology.   • Your complete card number and CVV/security code are never visible to, transmitted to, or stored by Suplink Tech Corp at any point during or after checkout.
  • Payment tokenization is used by our payment processors so that sensitive data is replaced with a non-sensitive identifier before reaching our systems.
  • All digital wallet payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal) are processed through their respective secure environments and are subject to their own authentication protocols.

Payment Authorization & Billing

When you place an order on suplinktechcorp.com, your payment method is authorized and charged in full at the time you click "Complete Order" or the equivalent confirmation button during checkout. We do not place holds, pre-authorizations, or split payments across multiple billing cycles.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that:

  • You are the authorized account holder of the payment method being used, or you have explicit permission from the account holder to make the purchase.
  • The billing information you have provided — including name, billing address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You understand that your payment method will be charged the full order total shown at checkout, including any applicable sales tax and shipping fees, immediately upon order submission.
  • You authorize Suplink Tech Corp and its designated payment processors to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

Your order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation email from us at the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder and contact us at info@suplinktechcorp.com before attempting to reorder.

Suplink Tech Corp operates as a one-time-transaction merchant. We do not store your payment credentials for future use unless you have explicitly created an account and chosen to save a payment method through Shopify's secure payment vault. You may remove saved payment methods from your account settings at any time.

Order Confirmation & Receipt

After a successful transaction, you will receive an automated order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email serves as your official digital receipt and will include the following information:

  • Your unique order number for reference in any future communications with our support team.
  • A full itemized list of the products purchased, including quantities and individual prices.
  • The total amount charged to your payment method, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • The billing name and the last four digits of the payment method used (for verification purposes only).
  • Your shipping address and an estimated delivery window.

Sales Tax & Additional Fees

Declined Payments & Transaction Errors

If your payment is declined during checkout, your order will not be placed and you will not be charged. A notification will appear on the checkout screen indicating that the transaction could not be processed. Common reasons a payment may be declined include:

  • Insufficient funds or a credit limit reached on the payment method.
  • Incorrect billing address, card number, expiration date, or security code entered during checkout.
  • Your card-issuing bank flagging the transaction as suspicious and placing a temporary hold.
  • A daily spending limit set by your bank or card provider has been reached.
  • The card or digital wallet account has expired or been reported as lost or stolen.
  • Your bank requires additional verification (such as 3D Secure authentication) that was not completed.

In the event of a declined payment, we recommend:

  • Double-checking all entered billing details for accuracy before resubmitting.
  • Contacting your bank or card issuer directly to understand the specific reason for the decline.
  • Trying an alternative payment method accepted by our store.

A declined payment will not result in any charge to your account. However, your bank may show a temporary authorization hold that typically clears within 3 to 5 business days. Suplink Tech Corp does not initiate or control these holds — they are released automatically by your bank when the transaction is voided on our end.

Refunds & Chargebacks

All refunds approved under our refund policy are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash, store credit, or to an alternative payment method unless the original payment method is no longer active.

Once a refund is approved and processed on our end, please allow the following estimated timeframes for the funds to appear in your account:

Refund processing timelines are controlled by your bank or payment provider, not by Suplink Tech Corp. Once we have issued the refund on our end, we have no control over how quickly your financial institution posts the credit to your account.

Regarding Chargebacks: If you have a genuine concern about a charge from Suplink Tech Corp, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at info@suplinktechcorp.com or +1 (386) 359-9755 before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In most cases, we can resolve disputes quickly and fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and documented with your card network and may result in your account being flagged for future transactions.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

The safety of our customers and the integrity of every transaction is a top priority at Suplink Tech Corp. We use automated fraud detection tools, address verification services (AVS), and CVV matching provided through Shopify Payments and our payment processors to screen transactions in real time.

In certain situations, we reserve the right to:

  • Place an order on hold pending additional verification if our system flags it as potentially fraudulent or unusually high-risk.
  • Request proof of identity or payment authorization from the customer via email before releasing an order for fulfillment.
  • Cancel and fully refund an order without prior notice if there is clear or reasonable evidence of unauthorized use of a payment method.

If your order is placed on hold for verification, our team will contact you by email within one business day. We will clearly explain what information is needed and provide a straightforward process to verify your identity and authorize your purchase. Suplink Tech Corp will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel asking you to provide your full card number, CVV, PIN, or online banking password.
